Ingredient notes

Tortilla wraps – In some supermarkets, you can buy vegetable tortillas, which is what we use here. You can also use whole-grain tortillas or regular wheat tortillas.

Pizza sauce – We use our homemade pizza sauce, but you can easily get away with buying a ready-made jar at the supermarket.

Ham – Here, we use ham strips, but you could also use strips of cooked chicken.

Cheese – Plain shredded mozzarella works perfectly. It has a mild flavor and melts well. You can also use cheddar.
