Crispy parmesan potatoes

Delicious crispy potatoes crusted with parmesan. This is our version of the popular recipe from social media, and it tastes fantastic.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g potatoes small
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Pepper
  • 60 g parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius with convection heat.
  • Cut the potatoes in half.
    300 g potatoes
  • Put the halved potatoes in a bowl with oil and all the spices, and mix everything well.
    1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp fresh thyme, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp salt, Pepper
  • Grate the Parmesan and spread it in an ovenproof dish about 23×23 cm.
    60 g parmesan
  • Distribute the potatoes in the dish, placing them cut side down in the Parmesan at the bottom.
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake the potatoes for 30-35 minutes at 210 degrees Celsius with convection heat until the potatoes are tender and the Parmesan is golden.
  • Take the dish out of the oven and let it cool until the Parmesan has cooled and become crispy.
  • Serve the potatoes as a snack with a good dip or use them as a side dish for dinner.
