Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius with convection heat.
Cut the potatoes in half.
300 g potatoes
Put the halved potatoes in a bowl with oil and all the spices, and mix everything well.
1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp fresh thyme, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp salt, Pepper
Grate the Parmesan and spread it in an ovenproof dish about 23×23 cm.
60 g parmesan
Distribute the potatoes in the dish, placing them cut side down in the Parmesan at the bottom.
Place the dish in the oven and bake the potatoes for 30-35 minutes at 210 degrees Celsius with convection heat until the potatoes are tender and the Parmesan is golden.
Take the dish out of the oven and let it cool until the Parmesan has cooled and become crispy.
Serve the potatoes as a snack with a good dip or use them as a side dish for dinner.
